No. Onyx runs on your own machines. We only see it if you add the managed service and give us access.

Can I keep the tools I already use?

Yes. Any web app on your network opens inside Onyx, so you keep your tools and see them in one place.

Do I need new hardware?

Not necessarily. Onyx runs on machines you already own. If you need more, we help you choose and source it from any vendor, and you buy direct.
