SoFlux runs for your human team on its own. May is the optional AI layer on top of it: operations capabilities that watch, explain and act inside the permissions you set. Turn on one, several or none. Every capability reports to the same console your team already reads.
May reads what your edge sees, judges each event against your rules first and a model second, and separates noise from the few things a person should look at. Blocking is done by the tools you already run. Beyond what you have pre-approved, May recommends.
May watches your services, backups and configuration drift, and closes its own alarms when a condition clears. Recoveries are recorded, not paged. Your data stays on your systems and is never used to train anything.
Every few hours May writes a short situational briefing in plain words: what changed, what is escalated, what to look at first. Ask a question and the answer comes from live state and a memory of your environment, not a generic model’s guess.
The models behind May run on hardware you control. Prompts, logs and findings do not leave your network. Capacity is yours to size, and May never competes silently with your production workloads for it.
