We store the submission with a reference and timestamp to review your enquiry, respond, and arrange a demonstration. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Please do not send passwords, access keys, or confidential operational records.

Website operation

The website and its hosting or network providers may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, and requested URLs to deliver pages, diagnose problems, and reduce abuse. The form uses temporary rate-limiting records; these are separate from the saved enquiry. The illustrative dashboard runs locally in your browser and is not connected to your infrastructure.

Enquiry records are stored in SoFlux-controlled server storage for follow-up. Hosting and network providers may process information needed to deliver the website. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law. The website does not send enquiry data to an advertising network or automatically add it to an external CRM.

Retention and security

Enquiry records do not automatically expire in this website. SoFlux reviews retention and deletion as part of managing enquiries, ongoing business relationships, and applicable recordkeeping duties. You can request deletion using the contact route below. Browser preferences remain until you change them or clear site data. No storage or transmission system is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask about information held about you, request correction or deletion, or ask us to stop enquiry follow-up. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify your request before changing or disclosing records.

Use the website contact form and put “Privacy request” in the description. Choose “Exploring options / not sure yet” for the environment and use “Not applicable” for company or role if needed. This is handled as a privacy enquiry, not a request for a sales demonstration.
