SOFLUX SERVICES
Connect your infrastructure.
Put it to work.
Architecture, deployment, integration, and ongoing maintenance for the systems your business already runs. Start with the capabilities you need and an agreed scope for your environment.
Discuss your environmentA consistent way to deploy and manage suitable workloads.
Containerization
Already running containers? We assess your workloads, dependencies, and operational needs, then integrate supported health signals and management controls into SoFlux. For suitable existing applications, we can help plan containerization with deployment, persistence, and recovery considered together.
What we agree with you
Application compatibility, licensing, persistent data, and migration effort are assessed before changes are agreed.
More room to grow with clearer deployment and capacity decisions.
Docker Integration & Scaling
Bring existing Docker workloads into a shared operational view. SoFlux services help you define deployment settings, resource limits, storage requirements, and scaling policies that fit your environment. Growth starts with available capacity and the needs of each service.
What we agree with you
Scaling depends on workload design, available resources, and the supported runtime. Additional capacity may still be needed.
A clearer view of network activity, with a path from investigation to response.
Network Monitoring for Eligible Devices
We assess device eligibility, supported interfaces, firmware, licensing, and access before enabling monitoring. Use available network telemetry to understand connected clients, devices, and traffic patterns. Investigate an unfamiliar device and, where your network integration supports enforcement, isolate it, quarantine it, or block its network access. Your team controls which actions are permitted.
What we agree with you
Only assessed, eligible devices and agreed network segments are in scope. Visibility depends on telemetry coverage, connectivity, and device support; not every device or traffic flow can be observed. Isolation, quarantine, and blocking require compatible network controls and permissions; an unfamiliar device is not automatically a threat.
Context for investigation, review, and planning in one place.
Operations Timeline
Bring events into a shared operational timeline as they arrive. Look back through retained history to understand what changed and in what order. Use preset data and assumptions to project a possible timeline for planning, while keeping recorded events distinct from scenarios.
What we agree with you
History depends on collection and retention settings. Projections are scenarios based on inputs, not guarantees of future events; reviewing history does not roll back systems.
More informed use of storage, memory, and computing capacity.
Resource Allocation
Identify unused capacity and resource pressure across connected systems. Adjust supported allocations within SoFlux and define policies around workload needs, available capacity, and business priorities. Make better use of what you have before deciding what to add.
What we agree with you
Allocation controls depend on the connected platform. Resources are not universally interchangeable, and changes may require a restart or maintenance window.
Less time sorting signals and a clearer order for investigation.
Impact-Based Issue Alerts
Evaluate incoming monitoring signals against agreed thresholds, dependencies, and business priorities. Present detected issues with impact context and a clear next step for human review. Use the dashboard Alert HUD to acknowledge alerts and record human review. This is not ITSM, a help desk, or a staffed incident-response service.
What we agree with you
Coverage and timeliness depend on collection intervals, integrations, and alert rules. Monitoring cannot detect every issue or guarantee immediate delivery.
SERVICE SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Clear coverage. Shared expectations.
Before deployment, we agree in writing which devices, network segments, signals, integrations, and actions are included. Device eligibility depends on supported interfaces, firmware, licensing, connectivity, and authorized access. Unsupported devices and unobserved traffic are outside monitoring coverage unless separately agreed.
The dashboard Alert HUD helps clients review and acknowledge detected conditions. SoFlux does not offer ITSM or a help-desk service. An acknowledgement or reviewed status does not resolve an incident or confirm recovery. Monitoring alone does not include continuous human supervision, emergency response, or a guaranteed response time; maintenance and response responsibilities must be explicitly agreed.
Clients provide authorized access, identify their response contacts, and approve control policies. Isolation, quarantine, blocking, and resource changes require compatible integrations and permissions and may interrupt business services. We agree approval boundaries, recovery steps, and change windows before enabling these actions.
Systems, integrations, and telemetry can fail. Alerts may be delayed or missed; monitoring does not guarantee complete visibility, security, availability, or prevention of loss. Retention, backup responsibilities, and recovery arrangements are defined in the service agreement. This overview explains the offering; the signed agreement sets the scope, responsibilities, charges, and service commitments.
Start with what you have.
We map the environment, agree on the scope, validate the integrations, and define ongoing care. Hardware advice is vendor-neutral; SoFlux does not sell hardware.
